Inspired by their Nepali roots, siblings Prema and Binoy bring the warmth of home, handmade flavours and a generous helping of heart to Greater Noida. He makes the momos, she makes the cakes, and together they’ve settled one important question: why choose between savoury and sweet when you can have both?

THE SAVOURY CHAPTER

Gurungs Momo

Meet Binoy Gurung, the heart behind Gurungs Momo. Born in Mokokchung, Nagaland, he discovered his passion for cooking in Delhi, where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge while working in several restaurants. He later joined his sister Prema at her bakery in Greater Noida and added his own momo restaurant to their shared home. Today, he prepares Nepali- and Asian-inspired delicacies from scratch, bringing a generous helping of love and passion to every plate.

THE SWEET CHAPTER

Bittersuess Bakes

Meet Prema Gurung Schueler, the heart behind Bittersuess Bakes. Born in Mokokchung, Nagaland, she began her journey as an artisan pastry chef in Gurgaon in 2002. She learned her craft from scratch in bakeries, then spent countless hours teaching herself the art of cake design. Today, her own bakery in Greater Noida brings a personal touch—and a little magic—to every celebration.
